Paragon was asked to advise on the feasibility of installing a new rooftop Pergola, and was asked to reimagine the possibilities for refurbishment of the existing Roof Deck Space. Paragon examined the site for Structural Feasibility, Code Compliance, and Available Utilities before providing visual studies for the client.
