Paragon was contracted by Buro Koray Design to Project Manage from Design Development through Construction. During this time, Paragon fulfilled the same duties and responsibilities of an inhouse Project Manager and/or Project Architect - developing the office’s design intent drawings into a cohesive Construction Documentation set, coordinating with various engineers to ensure buildability, and finally leading the design team through Construction Administration to Building Completion - all the while, ensuring that BKD’s design intent and vision are honored to the greatest degree achievable. Hourly services were provided as needed or not to exceed an agreed upon fee.
