In the Cellar, Paragon was asked to coordinate selective floor joist upgrades and a floor slab reconstruction in order to address issues of flooding and code compliance in the existing structure. On the first floor, Paragon was asked to upgrade the kitchen and reimagine the entranceway to the Cellar.
