300 North is an old Commercial Property that was rezoned for Residential use. The team was challenged to transform the building layout for use as a Multifamily Building with 3 bedrooms in the ground floor unit and 4 bedrooms in the upstairs unit. Paragon was provided with a Schematic Design from the Developer and contracted to provide Design Development and Construction Documentation Services. Early renderings of the home were created in Sketchup, while later Construction Documents were created in Autodesk Revit.
